- what if my order arrives damaged?

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement via email within 5 days from delivery.

Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important.

Any damage discovered without reclamation on the delivery slip can not be claimed at Offique, same is valid for extra transport insurance subcribed during order! We will not be able to claim from transport company or insurance company any claims not retained on delivery slip! You can not claim any amount or replacement from Offique if you have not signed any remarks or damage on delivery slip during delivery!

Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.
